About Matthew McConaughey
Matthew McConaughey started his film career in 1991 appearing in TV commercials and student films but his big break came in the movie "A Time To Kill". This was then followed by a string of big blockbusters (Contact, Amistad, The Newton Boys, Edtv, and U-571) and romantic movies like The Wedding Planner, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days and Failure to Launch.
