In the sequel to the surprise 2001 street-racing hit, Paul Walker returns as ex-cop Brian O'Conner (Vin Diesel is conspicuously absent this time around), who teams up with an ex-con, Roman Pearce (played by hunky model Tyrese Gibson), to launder some money for a Miami smuggler, Carter Verone (Cole Hauser). Unbeknown to the crime ring, though, is that O'Conner is actually working with undercover agent Monica Clemente (Eva Mendes) to bring Verone to justice. |
