Plot:
Tom Cruise will "play a colonial who arrives in Japan to train the troops of the Japanese emperor, a new occurrence given that feudal lords employed samurai warriors to protect their territories. As the country dishonors and then systematically wipes out the samurai, the protagonist gets to witness close-up the honor and contradictions of the warriors."
