The directorial debut of Matt Dillon, who also co-wrote the script and will co-star, the story is about Jimmy Cremins (Dillon), a con artist who heads to Cambodia to collect his share of a failed insurance scam from his mentor, Marvin (James Caan). He eventually meets up with Marvin, but in the process also uncovers a mysterious and dangerous world that could prove to be his undoing.
