Plot:
A criminal genius (Morris Chestnut) tries to sneak his way into a high-tech prison to get an inmate on death row to tell him the location of $200 million in gold from an unsolved heist. The trouble is that the FBI has a man on the inside (Steven Seagal) to foil his plan. Ja Rule also co-stars.
