Along came Polly--and you'll wish she'd just keep on walking. Don't be fooled because it stars celebs Ben Stiller and Jennifer Aniston. This bargain-basement romantic comedy about an uptight insurance assessor and a wild woman is a total disposable yuck-fest. With predictable gags and forced bits (clogging the toilet, the big dance number), this movie feels like it was cut from a bunch of other junk and pasted back together in a studio boardroom. The only thing that will keep you from storming out of the theater and demanding your money back is Philip Seymour Hoffman as a washed-up '80s child actor who flings scatological humor like he's Jack Black. Save this for a night when all of the good movies have been rented.
