Plot:
After Irishman Desmond Doyle (Pierce Brosnan) loses his job, his wife leaves him. Because of an antiquated Irish custody law, Doyle isn't allowed to keep his three young children, Evelyn, Maurice, and Dermot, who are taken away and put into orphanages. With the help of friends, he prepares to take on the Irish Supreme Court, as well as the powerful Catholic Church.
