Legal battles over private photos may not be over for Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas as they threaten to sue over pictures of the newly-Oscar winning best supporting actress as she's pregnant and topless.

Jones, who gave birth to a daughter on April 20, is said to look "heavily pregnant and topless" and is threatening legal action against Clear Channel Worldwide according to a letter obtained by The Smoking Gun.

The letter, dated April 30, was sent by Lavely & Singer on behalf of the actors, saying that the photos were "surreptitiously taken" of the actress while she was sitting on a patio in their private estate in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. She is shown smoking a cigarette in one photo, against medical advice for pregnant women.


This comes on the tail of a legal victory that the couple won over British magazine Hello! for publishing unauthorized photos of the couple's wedding in November of 2000.
