Heath Ledger and Naomi Watts have rekindled their romance, according to the actress's brother. At the end of September, Ledger's sister and publicist Kate confirmed the screen stars had gone their separate ways, blaming their hectic schedules for the split. But The Ring star Naomi's photographer sibling Ben says, "She's still going out with Heath. Ask Naomi yourself, she'll tell you." But Naomi remains coy on the subject, simply stating, "I'm not going to answer that one."
