The stars of TV show Grey's Anatomy have been honored as the top entertainers of 2006 by US magazine Entertainment Weekly. The publication praises the hospital drama, which has a cast including Ellen Pompeo, Patrick Dempsey and Isaiah Washington, as a "phenomenon". Entertainment Weekly's Lori Majewski says, "Grey's isn't just a show, it's a phenomenon. Back in May when last season's final show aired (in the US), every place in New York City was empty. You could get a table at the best restaurants." Elsewhere, video website YouTube, actress Meryl Streep and Sacha Baron Cohen's spoof Kazakh journalist character Borat, as featured in the smash movie Borat: Cultural Learnings Of America For Make Benefit Glorious Nation Of Kazakhstan. Majewski adds, "(Borat) held up a mirror to America."
