Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar is set to become a Bollywood star - he'll make his movie debut with a cameo role in a new film.

Tendulkar will play himself in Vighnaharta Shri Siddhivinayak.

Producer Rajiv Sanghvi says, "He will play a small role, as himself, either in a song sequence or in an actual scene."

Tendulkar has offered to take part in the film for free.

The film will start shooting next month, and will also feature Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan.
